for a 3 star hotel everything was modern, i enjoyed to be here. my room was a nice size and well-equipped with comfortable beds, a jet tub, a shower, it accommodated me perfectly. location: the property was just off private areas, and the monastery.

Great location, 3 blocks from Plaza de Armas and the main attractions. Service is also excellent, but that applies to all Tierra Viva hotels. The airport pick up is included in price of the room.

We had to wait in the lounge for our bus and staff seemed a little annoyed since we had checked out already.

We stayed in a hotel that was located conveniently close to the main square, making it easy to explore all the tourist sights. Despite being centrally located, the room was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to have a good night's sleep without being disturbed by the noise of the street. The room was comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities that we needed for our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and well-presented.

Our entire stay was a pleasure. This is a stylish contemporary hotel that more than ticks all the boxes for comfort with a splash of luxury. The staff were helpful and pointed us in the right direction in seeing the sights of Arequipa. One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Our superior room was spacious and light and looked over the courtyard. Breakfast was outstanding. We would not hesitate in recommending Tierre Viva.

The room was very spacious and the breakfast room is inviting. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating for whatever was requested.

The bathroom we had was very narrow, however, the shower was excellent.

The breakfast was amazing and had a great variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of main attractions. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice decor.

The hot water in the shower was not sufficient, and it took a long time to warm up. It was also frustrating that only turning on the 100% hot water tap improved the water temperature.

The only thing - we have agreed on free transfer to hotel( it is included in room rate) but nobody met us at the station, it looked like they just forgot. So you it's better to reconfirm several times I suppose.

Wow! Recently traveled to a hotel in the historic center, and it was the best hotel I've ever been to. Fantastic service from the employees, and our room was incredibly comfortable and clean, with a good water pressure. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices, including fresh fruit and bread. The location was perfect, close to all the main tourist destinations, making our stay super convenient. , love the fact that they helped bring our luggage up to our room, and we enjoyed the chocolate treat every evening.

This hotel did not have a bar, and unfortunately, was not particularly social. Even though we had a lovely time there, we felt like we wanted a space to hang out and meet other travelers.

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are excelent for the price paid, specially if you ask a room in the back. Though away from most intensive trafic, it can still be very noisy in the front, as every street in Arequipa and other Peruvian cities. Very good breakfast.

No complaints at all! Highy recommended!

It's the best hotel I had in Peru and Bolivia. Excellent in everythings. I will recommend it to others tourists.
